Turntable/Automator
The Columbia Turntable/Automator creates a pattern for blocks from the Overhead Pushoff for further handling. Operation of the lift and turn is initiated when conveyed blocks break a photocell beam mounted on the conveyor frame, stopping the conveyor and actuating the lift & turn cylinder. A motor then turns the block in increments of 90º to get the desired pattern.
