LPM Plant
This system includes an aggregate metering system, full mixer station with double cement silos, a pivoting mud belt, and the all-electric 1400e Large Pallet big board machine. Green product is rolled off to the Pallet Transporter System, which transports the pallets to the curing kilns and returns cured products to the PTS tower. Cured products are automatically removed from their pallets, and the empty pallets are scraped, oiled, turned over and returned to the LPM machine. Meanwhile, product is rolled into the e-Series QBR Clamp Cuber (QBR 1000e, 2000e, 3000e).
