Columbia Opens Mexico Parts DepotColumbia Machine is pleased to announce the opening of its newest parts depot located in Monterrey, NL Mexico. As part of its ongoing commitment to continuous improvement to better support its customers, the new depot allows Columbia to provide industry-leading support for parts and mold deliveries. The new depot means that Columbia will be able to respond faster to customer parts and mold needs. It also streamlines the ordering process and helps minimize costs for ordering genuine Columbia parts. “Because fast response to parts and mold orders is important for any producer, we felt that to better serve Mexican customers, a depot in that part of the world was needed,” says Ricardo Birkner, Columbia’s Director of Sales for the region. “By opening this facility, we can simplify the process for our customers and better serve their needs on a daily basis.” To place orders through the new Mexico parts depot, customers can contact Raul Fernandez at Columbia’s Ontario, California parts center by telephone at 1-909-923-9969.
